BR 2-04: The Hunt for Gold

“He picked up a big nugget of gold and jumped up and down.” (P.16)

This time, I’m going to introduce everybody this book what hunt for gold. This story is that the magic key takes the four children on a new adventure. The magic took the children back in time and helped look for gold with a family of four on a river. Do you know how to hunt for gold? At the time, it has big pans, scoop up little stones from the river. A boy and a girl and their father of the family look for gold every day. They look for tiny bits of gold in the bottom of the pans. It’s a very boundless work. And the family hadn’t found any gold, they were always hungry. Then, the four children helped looking for gold. It was cold in the river, and the children soon got tired. It was a really hard work. But at at that time, the father shouted and found gold for the first time. Everyone ran to see and were all very happy. The children and the family went to town to sell the gold. The family was all very happy and said “we can buy some food”, “we can buy new clothes”, “a new spade”, “a new dress”, “and new boots”. They bought a lot of things such as a new cart and foods. The family would be sure to live happily.

Have you ever gone to rivers to look for gold? Or have you ever experienced looking for gold? Do you want to try looking for gold? I haven’t ever gone to rivers to look for gold but I want to try looking for gold so much. Didn’t you think that it’s really enjoy and excited? I think that it’s very funny like a kind of adventure. I have watched a TV program what go to a river and look for gold. The river is very beautiful and clear. Gold can’t look for in dirty water. Gold can look for only beautiful and clear water. I don’t know where gold is able to look for. I don’t know whether gold is able to look for or not on same river in Japan. Do you think that gold is able to look for in Japan? I have an image that gold is able to look for on really beautiful river in foreign countries. I want to try looking for gold so much but it will be really hard work. I undoubtedly will be lower back pain. And it undoubtedly will be beyond my imagination work. This book was very exciting. Please be sure to read this book, everyone. Thank you for reading.
