I'm
going to introduce about my favorite diet foods and drinks. I'm on a diet now.
Then my favorite diet foods and drinks are miscellaneous cereals rice,
yoguhurt, cereals, vegetables, fruits and green tea. Miscellaneous cereals rice
is in very good health because it's harder than polished rice. Then when people
eat miscellaneous cereals rice, they have to chew their food well more than
when people eat polished rice. And miscellaneous cereals rice has a lot of
nutrients more than polished rice. Next I eat hot yoghurt every morning. The
nutritive of value of hot yoghurt is higher than ordinary cold yoghurt. so I
eat hot yoghurt every morning but smell of it is very bad. However I have
patience with it and eat because I want to lode weight and be beautiful. Next I
often drink hot green tea every day. The nutritive value of green tea is very
high. and cold drinks make body cool and easy to grow stout. In conclusion, I'm
going to introduce about foods that have the nutritive value is high. Beans,
sesames, bright red, green or yellow vegetables, fishes, mushrooms and potatoes.
